Enrolment in our programs cannot be cancelled for the period for which payment has been received. However, customers may cancel their enrolment and discontinue use of our services on the website prior to the next payment instalment.
In exceptional cases where refunds are granted, they will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method, such as a credit card, within 15 days.
